The start of the school year can be different and rewarding with the help of parent involvement. I am not talking about what you may have come to experience as occasional parent involvement in the form of visits to the school but active participation toward student success. Schools can prepare early by partnering with TG4S.
Increasing parent involvement and creating a program that sustains participation can be time-consuming and not result in student success. Allow TG4S to do the planning and group facilitation while schools and teachers can apply their skills and experience teaching students.
